• Photos you upload to help us review the pool or equipment.

We use this information to review requests, contact customers, schedule service, prepare follow-up messages, manage approved or declined requests, and keep internal service records.

We currently use only necessary cookies. The admin session cookie keeps the owner signed in to protected pages, and the cookie notice preference remembers that this notice was acknowledged. We do not currently use advertising cookies, tracking pixels, or analytics cookies.

Sharing

We do not sell personal information. We use service providers only as needed to operate the website, store requests, host the application, and send owner notifications. If advertising, analytics, or additional third-party tools are added later, this notice should be updated first.

Retention and Security

Requests and photos are kept as needed for service review, scheduling, customer follow-up, and business records. The owner dashboard is protected by an admin login. No website can guarantee absolute security, but access is limited to business use.

You can contact us to request access, correction, deletion, or review of your service request information. California and other U.S. state privacy laws may provide additional rights depending on your location and the business thresholds that apply.
